Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with the details you send us. The owner reviews and finishes it before the site goes live.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, town and anything you write in the form or text to us. We also see ordinary visit data, like the pages you open.

How we use it

To call or text you, set up a tree walk and write an estimate. We keep notes on each property so the next visit starts where the last one stopped. We don't sell your details.

Photos you text us

A photo you text goes to the firm's own phone. We use it to prepare for the walk and keep it with your property notes.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete what we hold by calling or writing to the address in the footer.
